The challenge

Small businesses lose customers on WhatsApp: messages arrive at night or while the team is busy, and by the time someone replies the customer has asked a competitor. We built the fix for ourselves first, so we could show it working.

What we built

• Answers questions about our services in plain language, at any hour
• Picks up the customer's name, need and contact, and sends the founders an instant WhatsApp alert
• Never makes up prices or promises: for an exact quote it says a founder will follow up
