Will the chatbot work on my existing WhatsApp number?

It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. A number connected to the platform can't also be used in the normal WhatsApp Business app, so many businesses use a dedicated number for the bot. We'll talk you through the options.

Can it answer in Malayalam or Arabic?

Yes, the AI can understand and reply in several languages. We set it up and test it for the languages your customers actually use.

What happens when the bot doesn't know an answer?
